Six ways to build
real organizational capacity.

Every program is designed to be immediately useful. We shape each engagement around your organization, your people, and where you want to go. Nothing sits on a shelf.

One approach.
Many sectors.

01
Indigenous and First Nations Organizations
Band councils, governance bodies, and Indigenous-led organizations across Canada. Our largest and most sustained area of practice.
02
International Organizations
Advisory and facilitation work with bodies including the World Bank and the International Association for Impact Assessment.
03
Not-for-Profits and NGOs
Supporting mission-driven organizations with the governance, leadership, and strategic clarity to deliver on their mandate.
04
Private Sector
Working with companies and teams on strategy, leadership, and the human dimensions of organizational change.

We build the relationship
before we build the program.

01
We listen first
Before anything is designed, we take time to understand your organization, your priorities, and what has or has not worked before. Every engagement starts with a conversation.
02
We build with you, not for you
Programs are shaped around your context. Your leadership, your staff, and your goals all inform what gets built and how it gets delivered.
03
We show up in the room
We facilitate in person where possible. Experience-driven learning that respects how your organization thinks, communicates, and makes decisions.
04
We stay in the relationship
Many clients come back for follow-up sessions, new programs, or a check-in. We are not a vendor. We are a long-term partner in your organization’s growth.

Your people should leave every session with something they can use the next day. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Results that speak
for themselves.

The training was grounded, respectful, and practical. Our team left with tools they actually used the following week. That almost never happens with outside trainers.

Rachel SmithHR Director, First Nations Organization

He understood our context without having to be told twice. That made all the difference in how the room received the training.

Maria OokpikTraining Coordinator, Northern Organization

The governance workshop opened conversations we had been avoiding for years. The facilitation was skilled, patient, and made space for everyone.

Sandra MercrediBoard Chair, Governance Body

We have brought Palash back three times. The sessions are consistently well designed and the results stick well beyond the room.
